Once you're subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you wish, and we'll handle them one by one.

Absolutely! All our subscriptions come with unlimited design requests, so you're never constrained by project scope or budget. As soon as you subscribe, we're ready to start working on your requests.

The majority of our projects are completed within 72 hours or less. However, the exact timeframe depends on how quickly we receive feedback and approval from you. And of course, special or complex projects may take more than 72h.

We understand that you may not always have enough design work to fill an entire month. Let's say you sign up and use our service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. In this case, your billing cycle will be paused, and you'll have 10 days of service remaining that you can use at any time in the future.

Floway offers various flexible methods for requesting designs through Trello. Clients commonly request designs directly within Trello, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even create briefs through Loom videos for those who prefer not to write them out. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, we can work with it.
